This Lake Tahoe proposal was an absolute dream filled with so much love and a little bit of snow.

Planning a surprise proposal is always exciting, but when you throw in the beauty of Lake Tahoe it’s next level. Add a pinch of unexpected weather? It becomes downright magical. Josh and I were in talks for weeks leading up to this big moment! He wanted everything to be perfect for Bella, and let me tell you, this guy put in the effort. From selecting the most stunning ring, to location scouting & picking the perfect spot, to timing everything just right- every detail was meticulously planned.

You never know what weather you’re going to get in November for Lake Tahoe, but the dusting of snow made it truly unforgettable. Josh led Bella down to the end of the dock and the setting was something you’d expect to see on a postcard—or in Josh & Bella’s case, on their walls for years to come thanks to these beautiful photos.

Despite the chilly weather, Josh and Bella’s love brought so much warmth to the day.

We spent some time after the proposal capturing a few more photos around the dock, the snow adding an extra layer of magic to every shot. The joy on their faces was absolutely contagious, and by the end of the shoot, my cheeks hurt from smiling so much. They were just so dang cute!!!
